Account Details 


I don’t know how to log in to my account? 

To log in at europetraining.doterra.com, complete the following steps:  

  1. Click Login in the upper right-hand corner of the sales page.  
  2. Enter the email address (EMAIL) and password you used to register your account and click Log in. If you are having issues with your password, click on 'Forgot Password', then enter your email. They will email you instructions on how to reset your password. Because our school is hosted by a third-party website, you are not able to use your dōTERRA ID number as the username to log in. You will need to use your email and the password you originally signed up with when you enrolled in the course.  
  3. Once you logged in, click on the ‘My Courses’ tab. All courses you are enrolled in will appear in this tab. 
  4. Then, click on the course that you would like to access. If you’re having issues with your login or password or are experiencing any other account problems, use these step-by-step troubleshooting tips.  


I’ve forgotten my password, what can I do? 

  1. Clear your cache and cookies on your internet browser. 
  2. Click ‘Log in’ on europetraining.doterra.com, followed by the ‘Forgot Password’ button. 
  3. Enter your email address and you will be emailed next steps to reset your password. 


How can I edit my name, email address or password? 

  1. Log in to europetraining.doterra.com. 
  2. Click your icon located in the top-right corner of any page and select ‘Edit Profile’ in the dropdown menu. 
  3. Within your profile, click the Edit or Change link next to the item you wish to update and enter your details.  
  4. Click ‘Save’ to save your changes. 



Course Information 


What payment methods are accepted? 

Accepted methods of payment for courses include credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay®, and Google Pay™. 


How long will I have access to the course? 

When you enrol on a Europe Training course, you will have unlimited access to that course, across any device you own. 


Is there a deadline to complete each course? 

No, there is no deadline to complete any of our courses. You decide when you start and when you finish; enjoy training at your own pace! 


Are Europe Training courses available with translations? 

All of our courses are available with English voiceover and subtitles, and some courses are available with translations. Language availability and the type of translation provided (voiceover or subtitles) will vary per course and is specified on the europetraining.doterra.com homepage. More languages may also be added in the future to selected courses. 

To access translated video subtitles, select your language from the ‘Subtitles’ icon in the bottom right corner of the video. 

Why can't I move onto the next section in the course? 

Most of our courses are released one section at a time. Each section must be completed chronologically by viewing at least 95% of the videos and passing the quizzes with at least 80%. 

Please also try the following: 

  • Logging out and logging back in. 
  • Clearing your cache and cookies. 
  • Using a different browser or device. 
  • Ensure you are watching at least 95% of the video. 
  • Check you are going through the course in order. You cannot skip sections of the course. 
  • Make sure you have pressed the ‘Mark Completed and Continue Forward’ button.  
  • Check you have achieved at least 80% in any quizzes. 

After you have completed the course, you will have unlimited access to work through the course again or refresh yourself on any of the sections in no particular order. 


Why are some emails and website content in English? 

Europetraining.doterra.com is currently available in English, however some buttons and website navigation may be translated throughout the course. You may have also received training course emails in English by default, including your registration confirmation. However, please be assured that your course will be available with translated subtitles and/or voiceover if specified.  


How can I request a refund?  

To request a refund for a Europe training course, contact [email protected]. Please note that not all refund requests will be granted - eligibility will be checked. It can take 7 to 10 business days after processing for the refund to show on your statement. 


 

Certificates 


How do I change my name on my certificate? 

  1. Select your profile icon and click ‘Edit Profile’. 
  2. Click ‘Edit’ next to your name to update. 
  3. Click ‘Save’ to save changes. 

We suggest clearing your cache and cookies before re-printing/downloading your certificate.  



Coupon Codes 


How do I redeem a coupon code? 

  1. Select the relevant course for the coupon code on europetraining.doterra.com. 
  2. Click ‘Enrol’. 
  3. If you have previously created an account for a different course, enter your details to log in. If you do not have an account, complete the information as required to sign up. 
  4. When checking out, enter your code under ‘Add Coupon Code’ in the order summary. 
  5. Click ‘Apply’ and the total will be updated. 

My coupon code doesn’t work, what should I do? 

Before contacting our team, please try the following with your code in advance: 

  • Ensure you are entering your code on europetraining.doterra,com (Europe-compliant Training website) and not training.doterra.com (US training website, not compliant for Europe).  
  • Ensure you have entered 0 (zeros) and not O (letters) for your code 
  • Do not add a space at the end of your code 
  • Be sure to follow any letter capitalisation in the code

Technical Issues 


If you are experiencing technical issues, here are some common troubleshooting tips:  

  • When progressing through the course, ensure all previous segments are marked as 'Complete' by pressing the purple 'Mark Completed and Continue Forward' button.  
  • You must have fully watched a video. If you have skipped over more than 5% of the video, you will not be able to move forward. 
  • Refresh your webpage and update your browser if needed.  
  • Clear your cache and cookies. 
  • Disable third-party browser extensions. 
  • Test your internet speed. 
  • Restart your computer.
