How do I complete the course? 

This course must be completed chronologically by viewing at least 95% of the videos and passing the quizzes with at least 80%. We encourage you to pace yourself and practice as you learn.    


If I would like to request a refund, what do I need to do? 

To request a refund for the course, contact europetraining@doterra.com. Please note that not all requests will be granted. 


Will I still have access to the course after I’ve completed it? 

Yes. Once you have purchased and completed the course, you have full and unlimited access to the content indefinitely! Revisit sections or retake the course to top up your knowledge.

Is there a deadline to complete the course?  

No, there is no deadline to complete the course. You decide when you start and when you finish; enjoy the training at your own pace!

Can I change the language on my certificate? 

No. The certificate you will receive will be provided in the language you selected when you signed up for the course. The language cannot be updated by doTERRA Europe Training or Member Services due to the setup of the system.
